We appreciate your business and stand by the quality of the BLÜ Soda Machine. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects under the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
If a defect arises due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace the BLÜ Soda Machine at our discretion.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • The soda bottle, which should be replaced every two (2) years for optimal performance and safety.
  • CO2 canisters and any related components.
  • Damage caused by intentional misuse, violent handling, unauthorized repairs, or modifications (warranty will be voided).

Terms and Conditions

  • Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
  • The BLÜ Soda Machine is designed exclusively for use with Simpli Soda CO2 canisters. Using CO2 canisters from other manufacturers will void the warranty.
  • First 2 years: If a manufacturing defect occurs, we will replace the machine at no cost to the customer.
  • After 2 years: We will replace the machine for a shipping and handling fee of $15.99 (subject to change).
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  2. Assessment: Our team will review the claim and provide instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Replacement Process: If approved, we will arrange for the return of the defective machine and the shipment of a replacement unit.
  4. After 2 Years: If your claim is made after the first two years, a $15.99 shipping and handling fee will apply.

If the BLÜ Soda Machine is discontinued, Simpli Soda reserves the right to replace defective units with a comparable model or offer a prorated refund at our discretion.
