We appreciate your business and stand by the quality of the BLÜ Soda Machine. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects under the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
If a defect arises due to a manufacturing issue, we will repair or replace the BLÜ Soda Machine at our discretion.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

The soda bottle, which should be replaced every two (2) years for optimal performance and safety.
CO2 canisters and any related components.
Damage caused by intentional misuse, violent handling, unauthorized repairs, or modifications (warranty will be voided).

Terms and Conditions

Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
The BLÜ Soda Machine is designed exclusively for use with Simpli Soda CO2 canisters. Using CO2 canisters from other manufacturers will void the warranty.
First 2 years: If a manufacturing defect occurs, we will replace the machine at no cost to the customer.
After 2 years: We will replace the machine for a shipping and handling fee of $15.99 (subject to change).
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper use.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Assessment: Our team will review the claim and provide instructions on how to proceed.
Replacement Process: If approved, we will arrange for the return of the defective machine and the shipment of a replacement unit.
After 2 Years: If your claim is made after the first two years, a $15.99 shipping and handling fee will apply.

If the BLÜ Soda Machine is discontinued, Simpli Soda reserves the right to replace defective units with a comparable model or offer a prorated refund at our discretion.
