Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days if:

  • The product arrived damaged through no fault of your own.
  • A defect is discovered after using the product (please let us know!).
  • The product is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days.

Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: When returning an order for a refund, the customer is responsible for shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
  • Risk of Damage: You are responsible for any risk of damage during the return shipping process.
  • Return Shipping Cost: In certain situations, we may cover the cost of return shipping. Please confirm with us before proceeding.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note, sale items cannot be refunded.

Cylinder Exchange and Return

Our Cylinder Exchange Program allows you to lease cylinders for a limited time. You must return your cylinders within 30 days of your delivery date (the date you received the package).

  • We accept ONLY 60L cylinders from any supplier.
  • Please ensure the cylinders are empty before returning them.

If you fail to return the cylinders within the 30-day period, a non-return fee of $30 per order will be charged. For details on how to get a refund on your late fee, please refer to our Late Return Cylinder Policy.

Late Return Cylinder Policy

To keep prices low for our customers, we’ve implemented a Late Return Fee policy to ensure that empty cylinders are returned to the exchange, helping us maintain a steady supply of gas for all customers. Most customers start with 3 cylinders at home to avoid this fee when making exchanges.

To avoid late fees, please return cylinders on time. Refunds are processed once the cylinder is returned and inspected for damage or other issues.

Pricing

All prices are in USD, and sales tax is the customer’s responsibility. We do our best to calculate the sales tax at checkout. Please note, prices may change over time, but this will not affect orders you’ve already placed.

Active Payment Method Requirement
To ensure uninterrupted service and timely billing, we require that each account maintains at least one active payment method at all times. If your payment method becomes invalid or expires, we’ll notify you to update your information promptly.
